What are your operating hours?

Our opening hours are:
Contact Hours: 9.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday (closed weekends)
General Repairs: 8.00 a.m. -6.00 p.m. Monday to Friday and 9.00 a.m.- 2.00 p.m. on Saturday

How quickly can i use the service once signed up?

Once you have taken out a service plan for the first time, you will not be able to book repairs for faults that occur within the first 14 days of joining us.

How long is the agreement for?

Our Agreements are for a minimum of 12 months, meaning you're only ever committed to us for a year at a time. You will receive an email before your renewal date.

Is there any reason my work would not be included in one of these plans?

If the boiler or heating system is not fitted to the current gas safe regulations or is unsafe, we reserve the right to not undertake that work, but can make alternative option to complete the work available.

How quickly can i expect someone to fix my issue?

We aim to be with you within 24 hours of the initial contact.

Can i really get unlimited repairs?

Yes, we offer unlimited repairs for any of our covers.

Do call outs cost anything extra?

No, there are no call out fee’s with any of our covers.

How can i change my plan?

You can email opsgascare@gmail.com with a request to change your plan and we will contact you around the change.
