Contact Hours: 9.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday (closed weekends)
General Repairs: 8.00 a.m. -6.00 p.m. Monday to Friday and 9.00 a.m.- 2.00 p.m. on Saturday
Once you have taken out a service plan for the first time, you will not be able to book repairs for faults that occur within the first 14 days of joining us.
Our Agreements are for a minimum of 12 months, meaning you're only ever committed to us for a year at a time. You will receive an email before your renewal date.
If the boiler or heating system is not fitted to the current gas safe regulations or is unsafe, we reserve the right to not undertake that work, but can make alternative option to complete the work available.
We aim to be with you within 24 hours of the initial contact.
Yes, we offer unlimited repairs for any of our covers.
No, there are no call out fee’s with any of our covers.
